PaidUp does not store credit card numbers and security information. When your customer provides a credit card number, it is turned into a secure token by our credit card processing company. We only store the secure token on our systems.

There is no limit to the number of messages you can send, anything over your monthly allocation will be charged at 8p per text message and added to that month’s bill.

Often accounts can become restricted due to us needing to verify some further information about you or your business. You will be prompted on your dashboard to add some further information to verify your identity or additional business information. Once this information is supplied and successfully validated, your account restrictions will be removed.
